[1] - Ranks
The ranks on the |ICI| International Chaos Insurgency are many, Private to Director.
|P| Private - First rank in |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency, access to little to no items, promotions given upon first training. They cannot raid.
|E| Echo - Second rank in |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency, access to minimal items, promotions given through loyalty and attendence at raids, trainings, etc.
|D| Delta - Final LR rank in |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency, given to those who show promise at becoming young commanders, access to several items, given to those who have shown great loyalty in CI and great experience in battle.
[GA] Group Ally - Given to those who are the leader or a high rank of a group important to our Insurgency.
|T| Theta - First MR rank in |ICI| The ###ernational Chaos Insurgency, given moderator privileges, given to someone who ###experienced in battle, has shown great loyalty and activity. Thetas can host trainings but not raids.
|C| Charlie - Second and final MR rank in |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency, given moderator privileges, given to someone who is very experienced in battle, shows great activity, and shows promise of becoming High Command. Betas can host trainings but not raids.
|B| Beta - First HR rank in |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency, given administrator commands, can host raids and trainings, skilled in battle, very good activity and very much loyalty to the Insurgency.
|A| Alpha - First rank before |EC| Elder Council, given to those with pristine combat and command abilities. Administrator privileges.
|EC| Elder Council - Given to those who are very highly trusted by the Director to develop ICI bases, etc. Can host all, Administrator privileges.
|HC| Head Council - Given to the most trusted ICI members in the entire Insurgency, Administrator privileges, can host all.
|CC| Commanding Council - Given to the two people whom the Director trust entirely in the Insurgency. Owner Privileges. Can host all. These people develop.
|C-DO| Co-D###########iven to the ### of ICI. This rank is used incase the ### or its leader ever gets exploited.
|D| Director - The leader of |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency

[2] - Raid Protocols
These are the raid protocols. When the |ICI| The International Chaos Insurgency raids, you must follow them, no matter your rank.
1 - Raid only if authorized by a HR.
2 - Start raiding only when commanded
3 - Stop raiding when commanded.
4 - You must not kill O5 Council+ personnel unless they are taking part on t## ###d#####
5 - Follow orders.
6 - Wait for your teammates when respawning.
7 - Do not single-man raid.

[3] - Raid Periods
The raids periods will only be activated in certain SCPFs. If a SCPF wants a raid period, I will post it here.

[4] - Promotions
If you want to get promoted, here are the list of what you must do for each rank.
Promotion is given |P| Private to |E| Echo if - Attend at a training
Promotion is given |E| Echo to |D| ###ta if - Spend 2 days as |E| Echo and attend at training.
Promotion is given |D| Delta to |T| Theta if - Spend 4 days as |D| Delta and attend at training.
Promotion is given |T| Theta to |C| Charlie if - Spend 6 days as |T| Theta and attend at training made by HR.
Promotion is given |C| Charlie to |B| Beta+ if - Handpicked
