Bulq stole IF off me, then I got it 6 months back after leading it under Dologan. Bulq was crap who used Zelo and his HRs. Still I hate Bulq with passion so I won't even say anything he did was good.

I made it rise leading it 6 months under Dologan (Ex-2iC of VAK) then leading it for a long time. I screwed up by being greedy kid and trading it for LS. Still regret it to this day but cannot ever take it back. Still I've learned from it and better'd myself. I will never admit Bulq made it Rise cause I highly disagree. Function, I honestly cannot re-call what he did with IF. I don't even remember him doing anything with it but yeah.
