Firstly the visors go up in price and you start with 10 tix, next year it will probably be 11 tix, allowing new accounts not able to buy it when they join. Secondly I think it should be a visor worth 10 tix in the catalog and all people who join get it for free. Maybe a black visor with red outlines with 'ROBLOX' written on it.

Well new people get starting Heads which are auto-equipped to them when they start, they can just do that with a Hat.
