Overlapping pants/shirts

Give us the ability to decide which piece of clothing overlaps the other. We should be able to decide the order in which we want our clothing to be layered, for example: T-Shirt, Shirt, Pants / Pants, T-Shirt, Shirt / Shirt, T-Shirt, Pants, etc. Idk if this is going to part of the new avatar design page or not, if it is disregard this post.
