Here are some tips on how to get promoted: -Impress a HR -Attend trainings regularly -Patrol the Headquarters -Attend Major raids -Showing knowledge of key skills (leadership, teamwork, communication etc.) -Defending base from raids Asking for promotions will result in a demotion. There's a 10 strike warning system. 1-Verbal warning 3-Demotion 5-Suspension 7-Exile from group 10-Blacklist from group No nonsense will be tolerated within the group. Immaturity will be dealt with severally. RULES AND REGS: _____#######################################################-No team killing what so ever, only authorised personnel with team killing weapons may team kill with a valid reason [2 strikes and removal from division] -Addressing higher ranks: Enlisted to be called by their rank, Officers by Sir/Madam [0 strikes unless repeated] -No Exploiting or counter exploiting [10 strikes] -Not wearing uniform when required [1 strikes] -If a Server is Exploited, LEAVE. [3 strikes] -No breaking into Divisional Sectors/Buildings [5 strikes] -Respect as necessary [1 strike] -Pay attention when Raiding, don't be Annoying or asking Questions [2 strikes] -When asking for a Promotion/Division enlistment, do it in a PERSONAL MESSAGE, NOT IN-GAME [3 strikes] -NO PACKAGES ARE ALLOWED [3 strikes] -No shirts covering the Uniform [2 strikes] -We reserve the right to command you, as this is a military group [4 strikes] -Do not attack Civilians/Recruits without logical purpose [5 strikes] Report breakage of Regulations to a member of the command staff [ Colonel and up ] SERVER CODES: Code Green - All clear, no raiders or hostilities in sight or expected. Code Yellow - Very small raider force, or suspected hostile raid soon. Some reinforcements should be set on standby. Code Red - Raid in progress, reinforcements should be called if needed Code Blue - Base lockdown. mass raid, invasion, or other terrible situation in progress, RIC personnel should get Reinforcements. Code Black - exploiter/hacker in server, but not doing damage to the server itself. [Ex: walkspeed glitching, no clip] A HR should be contacted if none are in server to remove the exploiter. Code Rust - exploiter/hacker in server, doing damage to the server. [Ex: inserted admin, removing objects]. All RIC/Allied forces should LEAVE the server ASAP and the commander should be notified. CUSTOM UNIFORM REGULATIONS: -Custom uniforms are allowed as long as they adhere to the following regulations. -Chiefs Elites, and High Command personnel reserve the ###ht to tase, kill, kick, ban, or arrest you if you do not take off custom uniform when ordered. -SSGT+ ARE ONLY ALLOWED CUSTOM UNIFORMS -Only armbands are allowed to be made, no colour changes or edits to the uniform allowed. -Wearing division uniform that you don't belong to will result in a suspension and blacklist from said division.
