Was anyone injured, or ill? Not that I know of.
Was EMS/FD called to the scene? No, EMS was not available, plus there was no need for them.
If yes above, what was the arrest or citation for? I arrested both of the suspects for attempted murder and fleeing to elude
Who called it in: I was the primary officer on the case

What use of force was used, if any? Yes, baton arrested both suspects after they failed to role play.

Detailed explanation of incident:
I was pursuing two suspects who were fleeing from me, one of which had just shot at me. We were approaching the bridge connecting the street near SCFD to the street near the fountain when they suddenly drove up on the bridge and jumped out of the car, they then reset, claiming they died from the jumping. However, I already knew what actually was going on, I believe I heard one say 'do what I do' just before they both jumped from the bridge. Is is my belief that they did this strictly to avoid arrest, which counts as failure to role play. I am willing to role play, but not with unrealistic standards. Even if they jumped off the bridge, which they did, it is not likely that they would instantly die like they made it out to be. Is it possible that they would die, yes, is it more likely that they would sustain bodily injuries, but survive, yes. By these reasons, I went to the spawn, where I and Corporal Callio located the suspects, and I baton arrested one suspect. The other suspect, ######## left to avoid and spawned in a minute later. I went over to him and batoned him, at which point he declared he was recording and that I was failing to role play and he had new life rule. Responding accordingly, I identified myself as per the law requires, and then sent him to jail. Since both arrests were fail to role play arrests, I did not read miranda rights, and instead allowed the jail system to do so as it automatically does.
I swear that there are no willful or intentional omissions or untrue statements in this statement, and I have filled this statement out to the best of my knowledge, both truthfully and detailed.
