Ranks for Frigsom Empire aka FE LR: Follower Practitioner Student Swordsman Assistant Warrior MR: Expert Elite Veteran Apprentice HR: Captain Elder Commandant Empress/Emperor ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Article II. Low Ranks ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Follower: This is the first rank of the Irexium Empire. These members have only just joined and know very little about this group. To be promoted, they need to go to a specialised training for their rank where the trainer will go through the rules and what is expected of them, simply attending this training will get them promoted. These members do not need the uniform, however it is encouraged. They may ask the Empress for funds if they do not have enough robux. Practitioner: These members have been to the specialised training for Followers and should know all the rules and what is expected of them. These members will now learn discipline, basic agility and basic combat and must be picked for a promotion by the host.. These members do not need uniform, however it is encouraged. They may ask the Empress for funds if they do not have enough robux. Student: These members should be settled into the group now and should know rules, discipline, basic agility and basic combat. This is the last rank where they can get away with not having uniform, they cannot move on from here without uniform. To move on from here, they must attend a training and learn discipline, basic formations, combat and agility and be picked for a promotion. Swordsman: Members at this rank must have uniform. They should now know all the rules, discipline, agility and combat. To move on from here, they must attend a training and learn advanced combat, advanced agility, formations and history and get picked for a promotion by the trainer. Assistant: As these members are nearing the end of the LR stage, they now know rules, discipline, advanced combat, advanced agility, formations and history. They must now attend a training and build on agility and combat, learn advanced formations and stealth and be picked by the trainer to be promoted. Warrior: This is the last rank in the LR stage and these members are highly skilled. They have learned rules, discipline, advanced combat, advanced agility, advanced formations and stealth. To be promoted they must attend a training and learn advanced stealth and build on their other skills. As the last LR rank, these members are expected to help other ranks lower than them in trainings and offer advice where it is needed. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Article III. Middle Ranks ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Expert: This is the first MR and these members are now skilled in all individual skills. These members must now learn to work as a team, applying all skills learned previously in lower ranks. To be promoted, they must now attend a training which will focus on basic teamwork skills and communication. They must then be picked for a promotion by a trainer. Please be aware that it is very hard to move up in these ranks as we are looking for only the most skilled to be in our higher ranks. Elite: After learning basic teamwork skills, these members will now learn advanced teamwork skills, hand signals, communication and leadership. To be promoted they must attend a training which will focus on these skills and be picked by the host to be promoted. Members at this rank have worked very hard to get to where they are now and should be treated with a lot of respect. Veteran: Members are this rank will continue to train hard. To be promoted, it will be almost impossible. There will be a selection of Veterans every week and the HR's will discuss ### they think if fit to be promoted to apprentice. We are looking for members who go beyond what is expected of them and go out of their way to help others. This is also the rank for retired HR's. Apprentice: This rank is only for selected Veterans. Members at this rank will now undergo a rigorous training program to see if they are fit for HR. They will be trained for two weeks by a Captain and then an Elder will test them. The test has been explained in another forums which all apprentices must read. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Article IV. High Ranks ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Captain: Members at this rank are exceptional at what they do and have made it up to HR. Members at this rank will be able to host trainings for ranks below them and they may train apprentices. To get promoted from here, it will be very difficult. You must be recognized by either the Empress or Commandant to be promoted. You must be active, intelligent, respectful and many more qualities. Elder: This rank is the last available rank to get under normal circumstances. These members have made it all the way up to HR and may host trainings, promote Apprentices, host events, raids and more! They must be treated with the respect that they deserve. This rank is also for developers. Commandant: This member is the second in command of the group and will take over if the empress is away. This individual has been trusted by the empress to help the group and the Commandant demands respect. They may host raids, events, trainings etc. Empress/Emperor: This is the last rank in the group, the leader. This individual has helped and cared for this group from the start and must be treated with immense respect.
