4. INTERVIEWING
At Panera, we are always striving to make sure that our systems and ways of doing things are as efficient as possible, and our interviewing process is not any different. We will continue to make sure that our employees have basic skills in management and service to ROBLOX's community and to do this, we will strengthen our methods wherever it is needed. Due to this ideology, we have not devised questions for interviewers to use as a part of their interview (no, we are not lazy), and instead, interviewers will have to form their own questions. This is to prevent people from copying previous successful answers or forming answers in advance, in which all it takes is to be able to copy and paste answers into the interview, and this does not allow the interviewer to test how quickly the interviewee can type. We believe that this is the most efficient method of conducting interview sessions, and so we will go forth with it.
When the interviewer is writing questions, they must write questions that will get information out of an interviewee, rather than get them to write a grammatically correct sentence. It is recommended that the interviewer asks about the interviewee's previous experiences in customer service and what their workplace ideologies are. The interviewer must ask a minimum of five questions, and each question should be taken into consideration before it is asked. For each question, the questions "What information will I be getting out of the interviewee by using this question?", "Will the information that I get out of the interviewee by using this question be relevant at all?" and "Is this question obtaining information from the interviewee that I had already gathered about the interviewee?" should be asked. For example, asking "Why would you like to work at Panera?" is pointless as you already know that they are here because they would like to participate in customer service.

5. PROMOTING
This process is simple: the person is promoted using the appropriate tools and then they are given a warm welcome into Panera.
A lot of other companies would release their new employees into the wild without the employees having any idea as to what they should be doing, and this philosophy is not efficient and we do not support it at all. Panera is different to this philosophy, and having worked at another café group does not determine whether the new employee is experienced enough or not.
After the person who has passed their interview is promoted, they must be told to attend a training session when they have learned the majority of the recipes (link them to the appropriate guide) and when they have learned what Panera is truly about (link them to the appropriate post).

6. EPILOGUE & TIPS
The process of interviewing someone or the process of hosting an interview session can certainly be an enjoyable experience, but that is only the case if the interviewer/host conducts it correctly.
Here are a few tips:
• The system that allows people at a high-enough role/rank to use certain commands has a command called 'slock' (which means 'server-lock' or "lock the server"). Once activated, it prevents anyone (excluding staff members) from joining the server, which makes the feature useful during interview sessions. This command is necessary as players will not be able to join after the interview session has officially begun.
• There are countless ways to select someone to interview. A force-field can be placed onto a random player to further ensure that interviewers are interviewing people that they do not know, or the host can set up a queue line. As long as the method is efficient in getting everyone interviewed in a systematic way, then it does not matter which selection method you use.

This guide has been written to aid interview sessions, so it must be used wisely and considered to be a useful tool when interview sessions are hosted.
