Welcome to Blue Skies Interview Guide. This is directed to HRs, and for people to study the questions to get ready for their interview.

• INTERVIEW RULES
Rule #1 Grammar is required inside and outside interviews at all times. Failing to use grammar will result in you failing your interview.
Rule #2 Respect is needed at all times towards your Interviewer and your fellow friends.
Rule #3 Although there isn't a precise time limit, we do expect you to answer as quickly as possible.
• INTERVIEW PROCEDURES
[1] Before the time has reached the specific interview time, ensure that everyone is seated. This means that the interviewees are waiting on the provided chairs.
[2] Once there is an established HR or above to host, they would slock the server five minutes after the interview time by saying "slock on".
[3] Once the server is s-locked, the host would continue by saying his/her introduction then the co-host. Once the host or co-host has thanked the attending interviewers, the host would move on to rules which are stated above.
[4] Once the rules are done, the host may say 'm Interviews may begin' and the interviewers will teleport a customer to them based on the individual's number and check for safechat.
[6] Once interviews have concluded, the host will collect all of the interviewers usernames and add them to the Trello board.
[7] Once everyone's name has been added, the host may thank the attending interviewers and shutdown the server by saying "shutdown".
