▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ --BA Guidelines-- ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The British Empire is based on the colonial time period of the British Army of England. God save the queen! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Guideline contents ▬--1--▬ Rules ▬--2--▬ Promotions/Demotions ▬--3--▬ Training Information ▬--4--▬ High-Rank Rules ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬--1--▬ This is the rules category of the guidelines. These are the basic everyday rules of BA. However, they could change at any time, be aware. I. During training/events, all soldiers are expected to be mature. Goofing off and being an idiot is not tolerated in BA. II. Begging/Asking for promotions will result in an immediate demotion. III. Always follow orders from high ranks/trainers the first time given, do not disobey or you will be exiled. IV. Never spam, harass, or advertise on the group wall. Getting caught doing so will result in an extermination. V. Abuse of power will result in a warning, then demotion. VI. Always wear the uniform at a training/raid/event! Anyone refuses to wear the uniform in a training/raid/event will be exiled. No exceptions. No excuses. VII. Always talk in grammar. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬--2--▬ Promotions/Demotions Getting promotions is simple. Attend training and raids, show discipline and your skill. However, it might take 2 or 3 pieces of training until you finally get promoted. Not everyone gets promoted at their first raid/training. Getting promoted will need patience. If you keep asking over and over for a promotion or when you get a promotion, you will not receive one and will be demoted from your current rank. If your current rank is OR-2 then you will be put back into Basic Training so you may learn the basic rules and discipline over again. This will keep happening until you learn not to whine and cry for promotions and/or begging. A good way to get yourself demoted right away is to not follow these guidelines. Demotions are when you get down ranked from your current rank. Demotions are caused by not following the guidelines. More ways of getting demotions are the following: not following orders were given at the second they are given, begging for promotions, bribing officers for promotions/other things, and disrespect ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬--3--▬ Training Information Training is every day. The High ranks will try to host most of the training on weekends, but during weekdays officers will have their chance of hosting. We have at least 2 or 3 a day. We do RCL, Sword, Discipline, and combat training. During an RCL training, there will be 2 teams. Each team gets the same basic RCL gun. Once released into brick tops, game on. Sword training is held at any training facility. Discipline training will test your discipline skills. Anyone that makes a mistake first gets warned. 3 warnings are the limit after you make 3 mistakes, you are kicked out of the training. This will help you learn from what mistakes you have done. Last, we have combat training. We mainly have combat training at ################ offensive team wins by capturing the flag and holding it for the given time, and the defensive team will have to get a given number of kills designated by the host of the training. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬--4--▬ High-Rank Rules I. NEVER OVERSHOUT UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION This is probably if not the most annoying thing that officers do on the group shout. ANY officer no matter what rank that does this will receive 2 warnings, then will face consequences of suspension, demotion, placement back into officer training school, placement back into enlisted ranks, or at serious consequences for repeatedly doing it over and over can be exiled or sent back to basic training. II. Never shout anything without a shout tag. If an officer shouts without a shout tag, the consequences are mild. They can vary from a warning or two or even possible suspension. The greatest punishment received by not including a shout tag in said shout can be suspended for 3 days III. Never shout random things, always shout on the topic. ANY, and ANY officer that just shouts random crap WILL be either suspended, demoted, or sent back to OTS. THERE ARE NO warnings for this. You ## ### you immediately receive consequences. I am sick and tired of random shouts. For example, a proper shout could be [TRAIN] Training here: [link] an example that will get you punished would be: everyone come to my place for some minigames. IV. Respect your comrades, and they will respect you. No matter your rank, you WILL respect all ranks above and below you. If they disrespect you, then give them what they deserve, and show no respect back. This rule is strictly enforced throughout all the ranks of the British Army. We do not tolerate of disrespect toward any rank. V. Never demote without a good reason. Any officer that demotes someone without a reason will be sent back to OTS, no questions. A good reason to demote someone would be out of disrespect, not following orders, etc. A bad reason would be "because i don't like him" or "just because i felt like it." ALL DEMOTIONS MUST BE SENT TO THE FIELD MARSHAL IN A PM STATING THE USERNAME, CURRENT AND NEW RANK, AND REASON FOR DEMOTION!! VI. Abusing admin will result in a demotion or affiliation. During a raid or training or an event, if an officer abuses admin immediately inform the Field Marshal and he will take care of this problem. Admin abuse in any shape or form will get that officer booted. I do not care if a raid is official or not, you do not abuse the raiders. At a training: if an officer abuses admin, again, inform the Field Marshal. He will take care of it. If an officer abuses admin at a ceremony or any other celebration event inform the Field Marshal and he will take care of it. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
