I am informing the group that I will be on Administrative Leave for a while. This is because I have done something foolish against the group. For those who know what I did, I simply want to apologise.
I was trusted as Chief Constable, and I betrayed that trust. I didn't want this to happen, it was meant to be something for the other HR's that don't develop to do since we are becoming inactive. It was never meant to come this far, but it has, and it is due to my incompetence as an officer, and lack of respect as a civil servant.
I expect to be suspended from duties in the coming days, which is what exactly I deserve. I am currently at this moment and time unsure what will happen to the Health Service during this time, but I hope that arrangements can be made. I expect Deputy and Assistant Chief Constable Papamarz and TheLFBKidLondon to take my role during suspension, and I wish them luck if they do so.
Lastly, I just want to apologise to all of you, who I have let down. I know that everyone's trust in me has probably fallen drastically already, and I am not asking for any sympathy. I hope that I will be able to resume to role of Chief Constable after my suspension as truthfully as I can. I am sorry that it had to come this far, it truly was not meant to escalate to this level. But it's too late now for me.
