This is how to have most chance to pass your application.

We have told all of the people who read the applications to be really harsh and make it hard for you (we are only trying to make it so the best get through to work for us as it leads to a much better experience). You MUST use grammar at all times through out the application. If you ask for your application to be read, we will delay reading it or fail it immediately. You MUST answer in full sentences throughout the application.

Here is an example on how to answer some question types:
Short Answers:
1) What rank you would like to start with? I would like rank 4 | Airport staff please!
Long Answers:
1) Please write a paragraph on how you like Fly Beagle. I like Fly Beagle as everyone is so friendly, there are lots of shifts and it supports lots of different time zones. The owners and co-owners are really nice and this is a good place to work! I would love to join this family to help out and do my bit!
Number Answers:
1) On a scale 1-10 what would you rate my answer? I would honestly rate my grammar 9.5 out of 10 because I occasionally forget a full stop or capital letter.
