THE TRAINING HANDBOOK For interviews and everyone above in Chicken Express. ___________________________________________________________________________ My new administration is currently battling against corruption and the users' apparent ability to go through the ranks at the speed of light. We quickly realized that the point system was at fault: employees found a vast amount of ways to cheat their points and gain ranks unfairly, which destroys the balance we are trying to impose. Ergo, we have removed the point system and replaced it with a TT (trust-training) system, which requires much more manual labor than the point system but reduces the likelihood of rank cheating. This handbook provides an outline on how a training session should be hosted, and nothing more. ___________________________________________________________________________ A training session always begin by the employees standing on the lines in front of the counter. All the staff, other than the ones who are hosting the session, must stand on those lines for the sake of organization. The server is then slocked (using the :slock) command only after 25 minutes after the beginning of the training session. Once the server has been slock'd, then the ones hosting the training must ask every single employee standing on the lines to find himself a register behind the counter. If no more spots are available, then the rest gets kicked from the server. The following is similar to Frappe's and Dunkin' Donuts' training systems: you simply ask every employee to prepare a meal of your choice, then wait for all of them to come back at their spot. Once that's done, you simply ask every staff member for their meal and you verify if the meal they prepared was correct. If his meal is not correct, then the player is kicked. Yeah, that's right: the player is kicked. We don't care about time, we just care about if you are competent enough to follow simple orders. This process must repeat five times. Every employee who successfully prepared five correct meals must then leave the counter and stand on the wooden lines they stood on at the beginning of the training session. Afterwards, everybody standing on those lines must be promoted to exactly one rank above their current one. Take note that Senior Fryers/Head Fryers cannot be promoted to Interviewer, and Interviewers cannot participate in trainings either (that is, they can promote them but not actually perform the training to get a promotion). The ones getting trained are not allowed to speak unless given permission (PTS), even when standing on the lines. Contrary to how DD and Frappe does it, there are no trivia and no introductions as they are deemed unnecessary. We are simply following the strict minimum. ___________________________________________________________________________ That's all for the handbook. If you have any questions then simply send me a message on the official Chicken Express Discord server.
