Executive Order #8 Kill on Sight Section 1: The Executive Defense departments may now call a "Kill on Sight Order". Section 2: Executive Defense Dept. shall be defined as; Rockport National Guard and Homeland Security. Section 3: When someone is "Kill on Sight" or "KoS", HLS and RNG may hunt down that individual and fire upon them. Section 4: Kill on Sight is to only be used on dangerous ########## extremist, active shooters, or vicious criminals. Section 5: Effective immediately.
