With the security of ROBLOX nowadays, it's easy for anyone to say something they shouldn't to the wrong age group. It's time that the younger demographic gets the safety they need, while still having fun.
Accounts that are under 13 years, should be the ones affected, if this were implemented. Then, once that person turns 13, then the restrictions their parent gave them, could be lifted, if their parent manually did so.
In Settings, the following list shows what could be allowed, or not allowed (While the parent is not present):
- Chat & Parties
- Forum Access (Social Forums, not Help Forums)
- Accepting/ Declining Friend Requests
- Joining Groups
- Messaging
... and so on.
The Parent Pin, could be used to lift these restrictions. Other things, in which I have not mentioned, already exist, such as who can follow you in-game.
Instead of adding a more "safe", chat filter to deal with certain problems, let the parents decide what their child is allowed to do, rather than them being angered, in what they see their child doing, by randomly finding out. Let them know when they first sign-up as well. It's about time ROBLOX takes these complaints seriously for once, and this is what I personally think.

You obviously don't understand. Your parents could MANUALLY implemented these IF THEY FELT IT WAS NECESSARY. It wouldn't be MANDATORY.

or you could use the brain that i hope god didn't forget to give you and secretly monitor the chat logs with a Quiet Flagging system instead of walking around like a bunch of bumbling idiots trying to dictate what our children can do and say... like honestly if this is the level of stupidity we can expect from our parents and guardians i really have no hope left for this world....
Quietly Monitor and secretly Flag these words and sentence's don't just prohibit them from being spoken all that does is give rise to an even more secret black market of words.... |

There are going to be parents that care, and even sadly don't care about their children. The one's who are willing to help their kids grow up in a safe environment, should get the help they need to achieve that goal.

well there is a very big difference between a "Safe Environment" and a "Dictated Environment"
its all well and good to think about your children's safety but creating an environment that's close to the 2nd World War isn't the way to do it |

well like i said before they need to Quietly Monitor and Secretly Filter these words and Phrases instead of doing it so Loudly they can Flag these Words and Phrases without actually censoring them, tho swear words and stuff like that should still always be censored |

it would be just like a virus scan the Monitor would scan over the text being sent just like the censor and flag the words and phrases by their severity so if an account uses to many of these phrases or words they can be identified by Roblox in this way they could actually prevent things like kidnappings from happening if they can identify the perpetrator secretly before hand |
