Simple Guidelines for NBC.
IMPORTANT THINGS:
- Every week the staff or myself will grade you on your performance for the week mostly on Mondays.
- Atleast 2 Reporters are expected for every game.
- The max amount of reporters per game is 3.
Rank jobs:
Chairman: Running and checking on the group everyday to make sure everything is running properly.
Head of NBC: Managing the organization and hiring new employees.
Executive Board: Hiring new employees based on their position.
Announcers/Commentators: Expected to be at 1 game at least every other day. Your job is to commentate games and bring the feel of the game to everyone watching.
Stat Takers: Expected to be at 2 games every other day. Your job is to take full stats for the game you are at. If you leave early it does not count.
Sideline Reporters: You have the easiest job. You're expected to be at 2\4 of the games every week. Your job is to interview and update people on the score on the NFL and NBC wall.
Live Streamers: Your job stands out of all. Never has the NFL ever had official live streamers. You are expected to come to at least 1 game per week if not more. Important games are mandatory to be live streamed. Post links on the wall before the game and make sure to get a good angle.
Failure to do any of these will result in losing your job.
