Morality is not entirely relative. The main thing that makes someone a good person is love. Not love for a specific person, but in a grander scheme. That is, caring for and helping others (i.e giving to the poor, providing emotional support, helping people in need). Love will always be a constant.

There is a not a time in history that I remember where loving and caring for humanity was considered immoral. Morality will always be defined by the concept of love and sacrifice for others.

Also, it is hard to verify that "good" cannot exist without "evil" since we have never seen either of these isolated from the other within our world. Our world is a clashing point between the two; so while it is true that good and evil do not exist on their own ***in our world***, it would be unreasonable to jump to the conclusion that they cannot exist without each other. The two are independent of each other, as good is not evil and evil is not good. This is self-evident. So who is to say that they depend on each other if they are independent of each other?
