Section I: Introduction
This great manifesto was created to put corruption and tyranny on trial. This is not only a rule book, but a guide to the revolution in crime that must take place in order for crime in NUSA to last into eternity. Never before has there been a criminal enterprise that has succeed. The lack of success lies at the very roots of every group; corruption. That is why we are here; that is why we where created. We are True Vendetta; we will not be vanquished. We will use our vigilance to free the vindicated. We feel the Vendetta, we see the Vendetta, we are the Vendetta.

Section II: Basic Decrees
It is out of pure necessity that rules and regulations are to be formed and followed in order to maintain a pure, self sufficient organized crime group. Therefore, the following rules and regulations are to be followed.
1. All major raids/operations are to be approved by the Grand Master.
2. When raiding or patrolling, the uniform must be worn through the duration of the raid. Note: The uniform is the simple "V" t-shirt located in the group store.
3. All members are to pass a background check. Background checks are to be carried out by the Council of Vendetta.
4. All criminal activities include anything that goes against the NUSA's corrupt ideology. Some activities, if reported to the Captain can be considered worthy of payment.
5. Bounties may be only posted by the Vendetta Captains+.
6. Thou shall never kill another Vendetta member with no purpose.
7. Allies are to be equally respected. If they are treated lesser than, than you shall be treated lesser than.
8. Thou shall not disrespect the ballad, "The Fifth of November".
9. Above all: Respect Authority of High Ranks.

Section III: Special Decrees
1. Grand Master of the group can only be decided upon by the Council of Vendetta.
2. Head Masters of the group can only be decided upon by the Grand Master.
3. Vendetta Masters and Lords are to be appointed to by Head Masters+.
4. Nobility can only be appointed by the Grand Master.
5. Any laws must be decided upon by the Council of Vendetta.
6. Emergency powers can be given to the Head Vendetta if something where to go wrong.
7. Any further "Edicts" issued by the Grand Master are to be carried out.

Section IV: Group Organization
True Vendetta will remain in the following system of organization. It may only be revised by the Grand Master in addition to approval from the Council of Vendetta.
