There will be reforms on the HIGH RANKS & PRIMES.
As of now, inactive HR's were all demoted. (Please notify me on discord if you're mistakenly demoted)
As for Primes, we will be demoting a few who "Admin Abuses" (Notify me too if you think that you were mistakenly demoted)
Also, the whole HRA system will be changed.
The GFT is postponed due to these reforms.
