The whole point of this petition is to make it from 4 Squad Leaders to 5, and have only 4 members in each squad so it is still equal. Section 1: The petition is to change the rank structure in the NCGPA to 5 Squad Leaders and 4 Agents each squad. 1A: If reached the minimum 20 supporters this will be classified as an ordinance. Section 2: The original ordinance is this: City Owner [1] Mayor/Deputy Mayor [2] Director [1] Deputy Director [1] Squad Leader [4] Squad 1 [5] Squad 2 [5] Squad 3 [5] Squad 4 [5] Awaiting Placement [UNKNOWN] 2A: The trello code for this is: EpxeDvS0 Section 3: It will change into this: City Owner [1] Mayor/Deputy Mayor [2] Director [1] Deputy Director [1] Squad Leader [5] Squad 1 [4] Squad 2 [4] Squad 3 [4] Squad 4 [4] Awaiting Placement [UNKNOWN] SECTION 4. ^ Dont call me a skid, the specific ordinance sent from the office of the mayor states only 4 leaders, we would need to legally change it by petitioning it or having council do it. The fact you dont know basic law amazes me, then again, its roblox filled with 9 year olds.

Also @iMusicTheory, There are 20 agents in the NCGPA and 4 leaders, 1 DD and 1 D. If we make it 5 leaders and 4 each squad nothing changes if we keep it it's 4 and 5. 5*4 = 4*5 Squad 5 will have the same amount as any other squad.
