SECTION I: Introduction.
Hello, civilians and acting officers of Docklands. My name is Krentix, and I will be announcing my candidacy in the Docklands Police Department Assistant Chief Elections! In this speech, I will be telling the citizens that change is possible within DPD. Change can be made with the right people. I will show you I can give you the change we need. Alright, let's begin my speech.

SECTION II: Experiences.
I am a current Superintendent in Docklands Police Department, and I have been one for seven months. I am the oldest Superintendent that hasn't gotten any rank above Superintendent.
I am a Docklands State Troopers Major.
I am a former Police Commissioner for a United Kingdom group. Unsure of the name at this point.
I am a former Assistant Chief for both Wilson Police Department and Phoenix Police Department.
I am a former DPD: SWAT Advisor.
I am the current Owner/Founder of State of Morfield along with its allies.

SECTION III: Plans.
Since V3 came out, DPD has become one of the Police Departments with a bad reputation. We have abusers all around and we have corruption that keeps winning these battles. I don't want to see this happen any longer. To keep officers from abusing, we need to teach officers how to actually patrol. I will start hosting rank-based trainings that will teach tactics that will be appropriate for the specific rank that I am teaching. Example: Cadet Trainings will only train Cadets, and they will learn basics of how the government works as well as Radio codes. Of course, other activities will be hosted, but those will be the primary focus. Commander trainings (not the current ones) will teach advanced tactics as well as hosting tactics. Promotions to Superintendent may differ depending on if an actual MR Training is hosted.

SECTION IV: Promises.
I promise change. Simple as that. My plans will revolutionize the way that people are treated in Harford along with how officers patrol and treat other officers and civilians. My plans will resolve conflict happening in Harford. I plan to bring my experience into this conflict and demolish it completely. No more corruption or abuse.
I promise to host frequent rank-based trainings. More information can be found inside Section III.
I promise to host MR Trainings and not be biased in the picking.
I promise to give you all the change we as a family need.

The AC elections are dumb. They never help the people. Nothing has changed from getting AC and nothing ever will. Spare the people your forum if you want to make any change. Also you're sort of power hungry... Like you're a Senator and you want to be the Assistant Chief. Does that not scream out to anyone? |

^ I was Senator last term. Nobody in Cogress nor DPD ACs do anything rather than host MR Trainings and be inactive. After you got impeached, you were salty and begged everyone to vote Nay. I told people to vote "Nay" because they were wrong. 34/36 supporters were citizens so yeah that was embarassing for you all... and I didn't use my rank as Driving Instructor to get support because I got that rank AFTER Senator. Nice try though
