Drill Instructors are required to host a minimum of two BCTs a week. Inactivity notices excuses people's inactivty. Inactivity notices should be submitted to the General, with: Duration of inactivity. Reason of inactivity. If General is on leave and not present, notices are to be sent to Lieutenant General.
