⇒ The war will start on March 10th, 2017 at 5 PM EST.
⇒ The first clan to fifteen offensive victories will be declared the winner.
⇒ Raid times are as follows:
⇀ Weekdays - 5 PM EST to 10 PM EST
⇀ Weekends - 12 PM EST to 11 PM EST
⇀ Fridays - 5 PM EST to 11 PM EST
⇀ Sundays - 12 PM EST to 10 PM EST
⇒ Allies are prohibited, as well as mercenaries. Recruitment will close on March 7th at 12:00 AM EST. (aka now)
⇒ Updating bases, without the consulting of the other party, is prohibited.
⇒ In order for a raid to begin, defenders must have the minimum amount of defenders. If the base is a 7v11, the defenders may not have more than 7 people for the duration of the raid. Give the raiders time to get everyone in the server as well, do not start the raid until both sides are ready.
⇒ To prevent constant assault, there will be a 15 minute cooldown in store.
⇒ Every win will be kept on a Google spreadsheet. Ask an officer from either clan for it.
⇒ Admin Abuse or intentional exploiting/cheating from either side will result in a win for the other team.
⇒ Exploitation will result in a tie, except in some situations.
⇒ Win conditions for exploiting:
⇀ Aegean Isles: There must be two of the three points capped.
⇀ Stronghold Union: The terminal must be down to 1250.
⇒ Base Changes:
⇀ The Aegean Isles - Peak restricted, plank on the pink roof and alley access removed, teleporter removed, Changed to a 7v11.
⇀ Stronghold Union - Hole closed, changed to a 7v11, term changed to a one-touch 2500 (goes up by 2) terminal.

not sure if you're trolling or if your IQ matces your age, but gonna assume it's the second one;
A war isn't a fairly fought war if one side is paying competent gun fighters to carry the entire clan during a war. It's not their fight, it becomes the mercs' fight. So both clans are to use members who joined by will without a reward. Simple enough?
