This is the HR Patrol/Training Manual for Argos, this forum is for HR'S ONLY.
Training: Run them throw an terms inspection, faces, ect.
Do some health rotations and some duels.
If you want, you may do a PR.
DON'T let anyone into the Army WITHOUT an uniform. If someone doesn't obey you have their choice of punishment, examples: Running Laps, JJ's, Hell jacks, ect.
Hand out promotions to two or three men, depending on the turnout who did WELL.
Patrols:
Have them patrol around the city, (from when this is posted we don't have a fort OR a city YET. we will be getting both.) or the fort. Patrols may be hosted after training's. Make sure the Soldiers are IN DRESS CODE at a patrol. That is required, make sure they have the CORRECT dress code, such as correct helmet, ect. |
