I like the idea of Color3 for parts, although we have a huge selection of colors to choose from.

True but it's always good to have a wider range of colors for dem details. Also, when changing this property with scripts it's better to have one kind of value that represents color, in some cases you will want to go from BrickColor to Color3 and vice-versa, not a big deal but ya know.
