I have emailed ROBLOX, here is their response: "Our team is aware of this issue and currently working to ensure it's resolved. Please continue to watch for further updates, as we are always working to improve the Roblox experience and resolve any current issues. We appreciate your patience." Have you tried doing ROBLOX Mobile on a tablet or phone?
