This a a petition for IC Government to draft/use this to make a ordinance creating a citizenship test for all IC current and future members. Anyone ranked MCC+ will be required to take the citizenship test to keep their citizenship in IC. The citizenship test will include questions for basic driving, basic laws of IC, etc. This petition according to the "Citizen Initiative Ordinance" Section A3 states that "The petition will need to have signatures from 10 Middle Class Citizens+" so if you agree please sign below.
