Be it enacted by the United States House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States,
An Act
To make the Court System unbiased by forcing the courts to do their cases in order of when they are submitted unless labeled an "URGENT CASE".
Section 1 (Reasoning for the Bill)
Currently under the current case rules judges and prosecutors can choose what cases they want to do at anytime. They can do a case that are in the trello for one day rather than do a case in the trello for eight months. This bill will prevent that as well as prevent bias. It will also prevent cases from sitting in the trello for an outrageous amount of time.
Section 2 (Preventing Abuse)
Many people have influence on the courts and can get a case moved up because they know someone in the courts. This bill will prevent abuse in the courts because now people who have influence in the courts will no longer be able to affect when cases get done.
Section 3 (How this will work)
If this bill were to pass basically prosecutors and judges will be assigned to cases rather than choose cases. If one case pops up a judge and a prosecutor will be assigned to the case. Judges will be assigned by the Chief Justice and Prosecutors will be assigned by the Attorney General. Cases cannot be skipped unless the case is labeled ## an "URGENT CASE".
Section 4
This act will be put in effect after getting signed by the president or getting the veto overridden (if president vetoes it.)

This might be the worst bill I've ever seen. Not that it doesn't have good intentions, but it shows just how ignorant Congress is towards the legal system.

tbh if the ag and cj is gonna appt prosecutors and judges, cases will never get done

well then I guess we can stall out the court system to get active people in there. it's a win win. |

no it's a lose lose. i explained this to you but you were unwilling to accept any of my reasoning as to why this would destroy the legal system and case flow. i don't know why you wouldn't take it from someone who has worked in it for my entire career but if you want to plug your ears and yell so that you can't hear the criticism of your legislation then that's your decision.

I see nothing wrong with the bill...?
Why are cases being neglected for so long? |

I don't take it from you because the courts like to keep their system biased lol. First of all forcing the courts to do cases in order upon when they are submitted is something that needs to be done in order to prevent bias on when cases get done. They ignore cases that should be done and they do cases that are hardly relevant. Believe me I am very familiar with this stuff. You say you know the courts well. Well, so do I. I have been dealing with them for three months and that has what has encouraged me to write this bill. Cases have been sitting in the trello for 8 MONTHS are not being done before cases that are in the trello for a week. That is wrong and unjustly. We have urgent cases that are being done later than cases that have been sitting in the trello for a long period of time. I don't care if you think it's going to stall out the court system and make it so no cases can be done. Tbh with our current court system it would be better to not have one considering how biased and rigged it is. This bill will hopefully be the first big step to fixing our court system. And to the guy above there is nothing wrong with it. They are just mad they won't be able to manipulate the system anymore. |

"What? My bill has been criticized by people who actually know what they're talking about? WOW LOOKS LIKE THEY'RE JUST BIASED AND CORRUPT AND ARE ALL IN ON THE CONSPIRACY TO RIG THE COURTS!"
Basically what you're saying. You're ridiculous. I'm trying to tell you why you are making our country worse with this but you don't care, I guess. Maybe you just want to make it seem like you're doing something in Congress. Or maybe I could flip this around on you and say that you're trying to rig the court system in your favour by giving people you "trust" more power since you're always committing crimes and they go after you for it. Hmm... hard to say. What isn't hard to say is that this bill is not constructive at all and will not fix a thing; it will create massive problems.

hopefully the Senate won't be manipulated by the corrupt courts. |

Would be better to be appointed by the District/U.S. Attorney AG/DAG for special cases and special prosecutors.
