The minimum training amount is around 2 hours to give your LRs a###o# spin or they'll rise up the ranks too fast!
The first 15 minutes should be taken to explain the rules of the training and your 0 tolerance policy. Tell them you won't take any of their crap and won't let them use faces. If they leave the training midway, they will get a demotion. No exceptions (Except DC'd). If you skip this part the members will think you're some sort of pushover and will not listen to you.
The next 30 minutes should be spent in grammar excersizes. A good solider is one who can speak correctly. You should give your members non grammatically correct sentences for them to fix. They should speak in full grammar 100% of the time.
Next, on to actual combat. You need your members to master tactics so far the next hour or so drill them! Some nice drills include switching from "SFL" to "STS" really fast and formations like the "Bird" the "Wheel" and the "Goose". Your members should be able to organize each formation with in 10 seconds or get punished. Personally, every time my members fail to make a formation in 10 seconds I add on 10 minutes to the training.
After this, do an hour of faces. No not those disgusting emojis. Simply say "Right face", "Left Face" and "Center Face" to instruct your soldiers which way they must face. This is a good way to instill discipline.
After this time, you need to expand your clan some more, so place your members to GRP and recruit for around an hour. Make sure they use all the things they learned at GRP too to attract members! Publicly shame your members in front of the GRP crowd for the tiniest mistakes to show off your high standards.
Once this is over, go back to the training center for promotions. Usually it's a good idea to give your MVP 3 points, your 2nd placer 2 and 3rd placer 1 point. The rest should get -1 point to increase competition. I usually do 50 points for first promotion for a total of 3000 points to reach a high rank.

Yes Emm. It does. One time me and my clan were raiding VAK, my clan was a super clan full of FPSers who were trained with my methods. I instructed them at the start to lock themselves in their rooms so they can finish the raid. We were getting crushed but had alot of people pending, eventually, there were 28 of us and 2 Vaktovians and we managed to win easily using a left facing Goose Formation to capture and a Right facing wheelbarrel formation to defend the terminal |

trainings do not last for 2 hours minimum. the maximum amount of time a training should go on for is 1 hour, sometimes 1 hour 20 mins if you're lucky

My 17 members which I met at a front page game say I take my clan (xxmlgsnipersPROSONLYxx) too seriously. Should I exile them all and wait for the people who are willing to spend 26 hours a day on this clan to join? How long will it take with this technique? |
