Article VI Supreme Law of the Land 1. The Constitution is to be established as the supreme law of the land and can be changed at any time through amendments. 2. The Supreme Law of the State establishes a basis on how the government shall be run, gone through, and happen. 3. The public follows the supreme law of the land and will face punishment if one disobeys, as the law is to be enforced accordingly by the people they have elected. 4. Resident’s are defined as those in the in the group who obtain citizenship with the resident rank and above. People’s rights are not limited to those in the Constitution or Bill of Rights. I. Residents have the right to jury for all cases and trials. II. Residents have the right to information that is not classified. III. Residents have the right to bear arms. IV. Residents have the right to vote in free elections and vote for the people of their choice. V. Residents have the right to not pay taxes and all forfeit for them.
