Send L-0 and L-1 applications to an L-4.
Send L-2 and L-3 applications to an L-5 or above.
*You must wait 12 hours per application. If you haven't been accepted yet or told you failed, fix your application and send it to someone else of the same or greater rank.
**NOTE: YOU CANNOT SKIP LEVELS (Example: Class-D to L-2).**
LV-0 Application : Proper grammar and spelling MUST be used in order to be accepted. Those who do not use proper grammar and spelling can and will be denied. You MUST copy and paste the below text into the priv#######sage you're sending to your selected 05-X personnel.

3: Since you're a Level 1 personnel, you've no doubt seen some of the many SCPs in your time. List four SCPs that you have encountered in your time as a Level 1 personnel.

2: How will having Level 3 clearance increase your activity in the Foundation.
3: Find and explain four Keter-class SCPs in your own words.
4: Find and explain the Ethics Committee Orientation on the real wiki website.
5: What was the first ever SCP? Who was the person to discover it?

For the rest L-4’s and L-5’s are division leaders or important members of the Foundation and are picked by the O5 Council and the O5-X. Do not ask for these positions unless the Administrator or O5-X opens up applications, in which you may apply for it by sending a priv#######sage to an O5 Council member or the O5-X.
O5 Council members are voted in by the current O5 Council members and the Level 5 personnel. Do NOT ask for this position or you will be DEMOTED!
O5-X is hand-picked as the 2nd in command of the Foundation by The Administrator. You absolutely cannot get this rank unless the Administrator gives you it. Do NOT send any applications for this rank or you will be kicked from the Foundation.
