Finalis, why did no punishment go to Lufetah when he shutdown an official raid at Calvariae Fleet's fort? The server had three officers in it and enough defenders for official.
My men held the terminal until a minute and thirty seconds left on terminal, then Lufetah came and declared the server no longer valid and shutdown the server. |

Not ripping-off of anything.
Just cause the first word of both the groups are the same, doesn't mean that they're ripoff's. that's like saying anything with "The" in it is a copy. |

There were three officers in that defense server who agreed to the raid. Your other officers accepted the raid, not Lufetah. Otherwise, how else would the terminal could have gone official for your members to be in attendance?
I will find the names of the officers who agreed to defending once my 2iC who was the raid leader at the time logs on. |

We asked Lufetah days prior to raid and he declined, so we didn't raid.
However, on the day the shutting down occurred, w_armaster had PM'd one of your Officers I believe named Axpure3 or something and he accepted our request.

Rav I meant an acceptance of the raid before it occurred. The server goes official automatically when there are certain numbers on certain sides.
But if you show me an Officer accepting your prewarning before the raid, then action will be taken. |

Gladly once my 2iC, who led a raid on CF, gets online. Your officers would have removed us regardless if it wasn't an official raid, wouldn't they though? So you're just merely avoiding taking action.
Regardless, we will provide evidence of the accepting of the prewarning. |

But I can't very well confront my 2iC and possibly demote him without some concrete syuff to place in front of him. |

If that video evidence isn't sufficient enough proof because we would dishonorably break one of your fort rules, then I will (as agreed before hand) provide evidence of your officer at the time accepting the defense. |
