I am here to talk about the new Medium Rank Advancement in The Order of the Republic. Reaching a High Rank in our group is a huge promotion. High Ranks can become very inactive and not doing what they are required to do. In this High Rank Academy, there are strict rules you must follow to become a High Rank and teach Trainee's.

1. If you are a current MR, and wish to progress to a High Rank, please follow the steps below.
A. Join the HR Academy group -
B. Message a trainer that has an available spot that you wish to be their apprentice.
C. You may only message only one trainer at a time, and then message another only if for some reason the trainer responds to you saying no, etc. The trainer has the right to decline you if they have a valid reason. If you believe you are being treated unfairly, please inform me.
D. Once your trainer believes that you are ready to be evaluated (everyone will take different amounts of time to be ready, some only the minimum - a week -, some perhaps several weeks), you will be watched by your trainer, and host a training, and afterward the high ranks will evaluate you.
2. Failing an evaluation
Failing an evaluation should be a rare occurrence because mentors should only allow their apprentice to be evaluated once when they are completely ready.
However, if one fails, they will have 3 options.
a. They can continue with the same trainer
b. They can apply for a new trainer
c. They may stay in the HR academy and remain MR.
If you fail an evaluation, your trainer or new trainer cannot have you be evaluated again for at least 10 days to ensure you will be ready in all fields.
3. Becoming a Trainer in High Rank Academy
Becoming a trainer in High Rank Academy is not easy, some people fail up to 10 weeks, while others can pass in just 1 week. You are only allowed to message me up to 3 times. If i respond with no in the 3 messages. You are denied from being a Trainer in High Rank Academy. If I respond with yes, then i will promote you to a Trainer.
When you become a trainer, you should have your settings set so people can message you from anywhere, including random people. You must respond within 48 hours. You are required to respond with a legit answer and why.
In the messages, you should have the required info.
1. You must be Captain or Higher.
2. Rank and Username.
3. Reasons why you want to be a Trainer.
