After meeting with the community we've built these last few months, and talking for a long time about it, we've decided to move on and create our own group from scratch. I'll answer some general questions to my best abilities within this post.
Arcadia's dead; that much is certain. I wanted to revive the old ways in the sense of the Imperium's values with innovation and progressive stances. However I realize the community is entirely at odds over everything, and those leading both Arcadian factions have no idea what they're doing/no goals in sight.
We created 'The Yamorian Swarm', and to give some background it'll be based on the following concepts all sort of mashed together nicely: Alien series (Xenomorphs), Mass Effect (the Reapers/Leviathan), and old imperium values (loyalty, honor, courage).
For too long have I been toxic, and allowed others to be toxic or set an example to act this way. I looked to the current clan world for my behavior and modeled it off of others; my mistake entirely. I don't want to run a group that behaves like the rest of the community. People are irresponsible, incoherent, or unable to negotiate terms for a simple war/backtrack everything they do. Flaming and complaining over bases like everyone else has become a symptom of the sickness I've acquired.
This is something I really would like to do as well as the rest of the highcom in DoA; build a new planet, a new people, a new theme while still maintaining old world values. Primarily, the theme of Yamoria will be mass assimilation and destruction of other worlds; we will have no alliances, we will have no particular enemies until we initiate a 'Harvest', which will be in common terms a war. We want to create our own little culture and community which can take root in all others and grow to be something.
Will we come for TGR? Yes. We will come to the doorstep of every clan. No matter the base, no matter the advantages or disadvantages, no matter the size or era, we will raid and conquer. This is our birthright as a new group, and especially with our theme. We will no longer allow participation in flamewars, redundant debates, or small talk over what's fair and what's not. It simply isn't fun to play this game that way; it's what killed this community in the first place.
The set opening date for the group is currently 3/24/17; we don't intend to push our opening date back further. We'll be working hard with development, recruiting, and refining our artwork and what we produce to make a good start to this group.

Vidkun; regardless of if I listened to you or not I still would've carried on with reviving Arcadia.
Only by being told by several people who contributed to the community I've built that the idea is fruitless, and that Arcadia is dead and should stay dead, did I come to this conclusion.
