Good way to treat your own dedicated members. Stop acting like you are some kind of god.
This is roblox.com for goodness sake. Back in 2012 we had good officers that at least didn't rub their authority in your face. It's a disgrace what is happening to VAK.
Do you see people like AstralStrike randomly exiling people? Do you see Shadowblacksmith posting on a forumpost trying to act like a savage. What I see when I look at these officers (Danthein, Wolf, Senor,) I just see mistake after mistake. And they are somewhat involved in every type of conflict.
Poor communications, and egoistic attitudes. With a Supreme general like Dologan or Gannex this didn't happen.

They've always acted like this though. That's why VAK is so successful, because they act accurately to lore and they are mature. |

That is a false statement. When I was a VAC in 2011/2012 these kind of things didn't happen.
These officers may be mature and all, but they have no person skills. They are not very good at communicating with their members or to others.

I made some terrible choices but I've learnt an awful lot since then.

^Gannex you may have made a lot of mistakes. But your personal skills were top notch. You would listen to people that weren't necessarily your friends. I remember being able to message you when I had worries or troubles as a VAC. I can't say the same for ##### however. And A lot of officers wont actually help out troubled members they don't usually spend time with. |

Sadly it wont matter. They will just say that this someone being a salty vak hater. Or some random flame bate.
When I talk to decent VAK officers they are open for critics. |
