FCSO Deputy Criteria The following document will describe the standards the FCSO deputies will be held accountable to upkeep after going through Basic Deputy Training, (POST). This criteria sheet has been put together by the high command of the FCSO for the deputies to understand what they are expected of themselves. Activity 1. Upkeeping steady activity within Frank County Sheriff’s Office. a. Patrolling a minimum of three times a week, including weekends. b. Showing up to FCSO trainings regularly. c. Being a part of County events, and being an active member of the community. Punctuality 1. Showing up to Frank County Sheriff’s Office events on time. a. If a training for the FCSO is scheduled, you are expected to show up on time. b. If a department wide meeting or any type of department meeting is called, you are expected to show up on time. c.Being late to FCSO events repeatedly is not tolerated. d. Do not leave FCSO events until otherwise dismissed/notified to leave the event. Discipline 1. Showing respect to your peers, as-well as the members of your High Command. a. When given an order by a member of your high command you are to follow it without question, (unless it breaks the rules and guidelines or the law). b.Respect your fellow deputies and high command, (disrespect will not be tolerated). c. Show good working habits, as-well as follow the rules of the department. Mentality 1. Have a good mentality when joining the FCSO to move far within the department. a. Have drive to move forward within the department. b. Strive to be the best you can be whenever you are doing any FCSO activities. c. Always try to have a good attitude towards others, and upkeep good moral.
