BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: DPD has continued to resist following EO 25. This bill is to further enable enforcement of EO 25 with expanded powers.
SECTION 1: The Docklands Police Departments and it's subdivisions shall be banned from going on any Docklands Police Department team in the city of ################### 1A: "Docklands Police Department and it's subdivisons" shall be considered the following groups:

SECTION 2: Anyone on the Docklands Police Department and it's subdivison's team shall be immediately arrested if refusing to leave the team. Anyone found to be arresting individuals regardless of complying with BOR.III shall be Trello-Banned for 72 hours.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Docklands State Troopers, Docklands National Guard and any administrators in the State of Docklands.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall be in effect immediately once signed.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void with the exception of Executive Order #25.
