Attention Sithlings of The Fist and The Force.
Of course, a lot of us acknowledge that each domain plays a specific role in the advancement for the betterment of our Order. Lower members than most other Sith Order groups shall not be our impediment. If our goals are not set prior to the income of members we are about to receive, then it will be much harder to succeed in the future. Hence, why I am bringing up this particular topic for us all.
First off, I would like to bring up that there is a bare minimum requirement my Councilors must meet. The Emperor stated himself that when he is not present, we must be responsible enough to take care of situations ourselves. Each Sphere must have a minimum of two people before 3/25/17. Once and at that Dark Councillor meeting when I ask if you have met those requirements, I would love to hear a "yes" from each and every one of those persons. Failure to meet those requirements may result in a replacement of that spot for failure to meet bare minimum requirements for activity. We hold the responsibility for keeping this group alive when the Emperor is not present.
Secondly, these members must meet by prerequisites prior to the acceptance into that domain. If it means going through an apprenticeship program, then by all means let them go through it. Free ranking and speed ranking will not be tolerated. They must go through the entire process before fully being announced an Adept to our Order. Then, you may allow them to be accepted into the domain. If they already meet requirements to get in rank wise, then ensure they meet my other prerequisites.
Thirdly, the infrastructure to your Sphere lies all in the Councilors hands. I will not be creating guidelines and requirements for the Spheres for those Councilors unless a dire situation. The Councilors must be responsible enough to handle the responsibility themselves. Failure to uphold a steady and efficient infrastructure can and will result in removal.
