Rules:
1.No Godmodding
2.Need PTK (Permission to kill)
3.Don't abuse powers as a Hyper
4.Gore is allowed however don't go to extreme
5.You either have to post your power on the wall or message it to me so it can be approved that it's not too powerful.

Extra:
1.Hyper's are usually wearing wristbands that constrict their powers they are not able to take them off unless a staff member helps.
2.This is not a real Asylum just based off my imagination.
3.Please don't make every single one of your characters innocent if you are going to have 3+ characters then there's no point of even having an asylum in the first place.
