3.Don't abuse powers as a Hyper
4.Gore is allowed however don't go to extreme
5.You either have to post your power on the wall or message it to me so it can be approved that it's not too powerful.

######### are usually wearing wristbands that constrict their powers they are not able to take them off unless a staff member helps. I cannot stress enough that you cannot have your character take the wrist band off without the help of staff or if they are able to get a key card off the staff member which is HARD!
2.This is not a real Asylum just based off my imagination.
3.Please don't make every single one of your characters innocent if you are going to have 3+ characters then there's no point of even having an asylum in the first place.
4.Yes there is a child ward if anyone was wondering though it is connected to the main building only staff can get in or a patient if the staff lets them in or they find someway in.
