This format is to be used by anyone hosting a training. {Contents} Training Format & Meanings Trainers Rules Conclusion {Training Format Section 1} 4-6 agents | Basic Training | Special Operations Unit Trainer+ | Supervisor required (Supervisor or higher) 7-10 agents | Advanced Training | Supervisor Trainer+ 11+ agents | Advanced Training | Deputy Director+ {Training Format Section 2} Basic Training In a basic training it is required that faces is held as the first event, after faces is held the Trainer is to firstly move onto combat, in combat there must be long ranged and short ranged combat events. Next, obbies are to be used, they must go onto obby 1 and 2. And the tower. Once this is completed the Trainer is to bring every agent back to the podium and promotions are to be given. Basic trainings are to be 35 minutes or less. Advanced Training In a advanced training session, faces are to be held. After faces, the Trainer is required to move onto obbies. In this event, the Trainer is to use obby 1, 2 and 3. And the tower. Once this is completed, the Trainer is to bring every agent back to the podium, the Trainer is then to ask what this department is meant to do. This is to remind our agents our goal. Now, after that the Trainer is to move onto combat with the agents. There is to be a mini tournament for ranged weapons. Whoever loses will move onto short ranged combat. After this is completed, the Trainer is to being every agent to the podium, and promotions are to be given. Advanced Trainings are to be 45 minutes or less. {Trainers} Basic trainings can be held by a Special Operations Unit or higher, it is to be supervised by a Supervisor or higher. Advanced trainings can be hosted by Supervisor or higher. During a training, the host is required to have a co-host. They may pick a high rank or a medium rank. They cannot chose the Director or Deputy Director or their supervisor. Only the Deputy Director or Director do not have to have a co-host. {Rules} During a training, there is to be no immature behaviour. And of course, no admin abuse.
