After many confusion and conflicts, SCR has claimed autowin over Ivory in the entirety of the war. As you all may know, the war among SCR and Ivory should have started yesterday and we even decided to give them one more day to complete their scripting until they have a working base for the war. However, despite our offer to help and a full week for them to complete this task, the owner of Ivory, SlowwDogg, decided to postpone the war to April 7, 2017 without the consult of SCR's Chancellor, Intricxte. There was no excuse to postpone the war knowing that the deadline and war terms were established last week. In addition, you have HCOMs and High ranks to continue the war for you in any cases if you were busy. As a result, SCR has gained an autowin in the war against Ivory since the war should have started yesterday and we even gave you, SlowwDogg, another day to complete the base so we can start the war. Maybe we can have a war next time when everything is planned beforehand and completed. Thank you all for reading and hail SCR!
