Note to all Brigade Commanding Officers, Executive Officers, Command Sergeant Majors, and Staff.
We will be using what I call the Platoon System this will assign each soldier to a Brigade, Battalion, Company, and Platoon.
It is important you keep track of this, you need to assign company commanders, executive officers, first sergeants, and platoon sergeants, and platoon leaders. More will be outlined in the 1st Infantry Division standards which will come out soon.
What I expect from each Brigade
- You need to hire 2 companies worth of staff(C/O,X/O,1SGT)
- You need to make sure they know what they are doing.
- Your brigade needs to be hosting at least 1 tryout a day, companies can host their own tryouts which will count.
- Your brigade can open up the Head quarters company once you reach 5 companies. That company will help you watch over the brigade.
- Your brigade needs to hold trainings every other week so soldiers stay up to par.
- Your brigade needs to know ranks, and leadership(Army(CSA,VCSA,SMA), FORSCOM(C/O,X/O,CSM), Division(C/O,X/O,CSM)). this will be tested on monthly by division staff.
- Your brigade needs to reach a full company before you make another.
- Your brigade needs to assign Battalion Leadership once you have a full 4 companies
- Your brigade needs to train up to the standards which we are making.
- Your brigade needs to also have a weekly event, like a training or inspection hosted by you or staff, to keep them active.
- All staff needs to have discord.
