if its created by you or copied you should be able to publish it to a new catalog patch called user created hats and it would be moderated so you cant copy expensive hats remember its not a template its retextured hats that you make in build or play solo.

and to sell it for your hat it would be 10% m fee and copied 85% m fee so you dont earn lots of profit for copied hats

no fox it has to be 75% retextured to go by the non copied rules coluor is most of the %
