[2] On a scale of 1-10, how good is your experience with cafes/restaurants? [3] Have you worked for similair companies like Blue Pearl? [4] What would you do if there was a troller at the cafe? [5] Do you promise to cooperate and follow the rules at all times? [6] Do you have any final questions regarding on our service, or anything? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ INTERVIEW RULES ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ These are the interviewing rules. Customers need to follow these rules or it will result in a demotion. - Grammar is required inside/outside of your interview. Fail to use grammar, will result in a failure. - Respect all present staff and all customers. If you disrespect any of our members, you'll be kicked and fail. - Please remain seated until you are called. Wandering or looking around the interview session will get you kicked and fail your interview. - Please do not go AFK during the interview session. If you are called, and don't give a response within 10 seconds, you'll fail your interview. - You must have an account age of 35+. If your account age is under the maxium, you'll be kicked. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ PROCEDURES/HOW TO HOST INTERVIEWS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ - Once shouted when hosting a session, come within 10-15 minutes before the session starts. - You must have at least 6 customers, 3 interviewers, and 2 supervisors. Cancel if needed. - Once beginning, slock the server and introduce yourself and then tell the rest of the staff members to introduce themselves too. - Once done, tell the customers in :m, to line up and get a number. The supervisors need to number them. (ex. :name __________ #1) -Interviewers, need to go to their rooms and prepare. Once everyone is named, interviewing members must bring their customers according to the number list in order. (Interviewers are Junior Managers+. Supervisors are Junior Supervisors and Supervisors. In order to co-host or host, you must be Junior Manager+.) - Interviewers start with asking him/her with questions and then starting interviewing them. -At the end, if the person failed, tell them the results and kick them from the server.
