Remove R15 view for low-end devices (Read DES)

I was thinking of a feature where you can disable seeing R15 animations for weak PCs to reduce the LAG as much as possible.

it for sure do lag as I experienced and it's an option for people that don't like R15 too like me

support I only got 12GB of ram and a 3ghz quad core CPU
