If you've not recieved a verification code via mail, you may have been locked out of your account,though first check your spam folder, trash, and deleted, if you couldn't find anything heres steps to disable the 2 step verification:
1.Open Roblox Studio
2.Click "Plugins" at the top
3.Once you clicked plugins, click "Manage Plugins"
4.Click "Find Plugins"
5.Once you've clicked "Find Plugins" it will take you to your main account home page
6.Go to settings
7.Click Security
8.Now finally once you're on the security tab, unclick/disable the 2 step verification setting
9.Enjoy your account back
