Here are the Staff Code of Conduct to enforce rules here at Fruitz.

Section 1: Maintaining Professionalism
All employees are required to treat others with respect, use grammar, be professional, and act ###### at all times while working at Fruitz. Disrespect, bullying, and harassment is NOT tolerated whether you are speaking with an employee or customer. If you are caught breaking any of these rules, you will most likely be fired from your position. If you are caught trolling or causing drama with an allied group, you will be fired.
Section 2: Dress Code
All employees are required to wear appropriate clothing. You are automatically given a uniform to wear when you walk behind the counter. Interviewer+ do not have a uniform. But, they are required to wear appropriate / professional clothing and wear the 1.0 or 2.0 package at the restaurant, interview center, training center, and meeting center.
Section 3: Responsibility
Employees and staff are required to be responsible for their own actions. You are responsible for your own behavior, activity, performance, and more. (You cannot blame a sibling for your actions.) Breaking the rules and failing to do your job will result in a demotion.
