You are an HR, you should be a good example to all others.
1) Be polite to everyone, no matter what, even though you are an HR, you still have to be respectful, remember people look up to you!
2) Never abuse your admin. Doing this will put you into an IMMEDIATE suspension, or a ban, if cases are worse.
3) Take charge and responsibility, if someone needs help, help them, don't ignore them! Make sure the cafe is running smoothly and that everyone is working.
4) Do not BAN abusers, that is my job, the Chairwoman's job, and the Chief Executive's job. You may only kick, not ban.
5) If you have a problem, please message the Chairman, Chairwoman, and Chief Executive Officer so we can solve it. But make sure to at least try to resolve the problem.
6) Last make sure you enjoy the place, and make sure to make the place enjoyable for others!
