BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF SINGAPORE PARLIAMENT HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: To prevent people from ramming and crashing each other or the property.
SECTION 1A: To prevent a fight from happening such as riots.
SECTION 2: "Reckless driving" shall be defined as not driving on the correct lane, speeding pass the limit, do not have siren and lights on (for law enforcement), making a block in the road lanes (from citizens).
SECTION 3: This bill shall be enforced by all citizens and law enforcement.
SECTION 4: This piece of bill shall be in effect immediately once signed.
SECTION 5: All laws/bills in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
